Custom metalworking and industrial welding
The welding department is highly specialised, enabling our team to take on projects of any size or scope at short notice. Not every metal fabricator employs Certified Weld Inspectors (CWls). We have made this investment. In combination with precise manufacturing design, we are able to customise welds that are best suited to each individual project. No other department receives as much volume as our welding fabrication services. We ensure that our MIG, TIG and robotic welding bases are always running at full capacity.
Robotic Welding technology
Cosmo Metals has invested in several robotic welding machines. This has allowed us to increase our capacity and ability to meet our customers’ needs. Using both TIG and MIG welding techniques, Cosmo Metals is able to deliver consistently aesthetic and functional welds.
Final Weld Inspection
Under the watchful eye of our certified weld inspectors, you can be assured that our weld quality always meets American Weld Society standards. Our welders adhere strictly to in-house procedures and specifications. Customers can expect absolute consistency.
